What you need

If you are taking any medication, be sure to stop it after consulting a doctor.
For those who are on their period or likely to be pregnant,
consult a doctior in advance as some checkups need to be postponed.

  • 3 days before checkup

    Avoid heavy drinking, overeating and immoderate exercise 3 days before your medical checkup and have enough sleep.

  • The day before checkup

    Take a light dinner before 7pm the day before your checkup and fast from 9pm.
    (If you are applying for a colonoscopy, please obtain a separate guide) If possible, take a feces sample the day before your checkup.

  • The day of checkup

    Don’t take anything for breakfast.(including water, team sweets, gum and cigarette) Refrain from wearing articles of value such as watch, ring or necklace.
    Consult about other particulars with your doctor before your medical checkup.
    the health screening process takes about 4 hours.

  • Other
    • Those who are pregnant or suspected pregnancy, please let us know before the consultation.
    • Those who are taking anticoagulants, thrombolytics(aspirin, etc.) must be sure to discuss with the prescribing physician about stopping the drug and inform our medical coordinator.
    • If you want to have your stomach/colon examined with an endoscope in your sleep.be sure to bring your guardian with you and abstain from drving after the exam.
    • Those whto suffer from stroke, thrombosis, cardiac or lung disease, got surgery and hospitalzation within 3 months, in order to prevent ths risk of bleeding by stopping medications, please always make decision about health screening with your doctor.
