Organ donation registration
Once you register as an organ donor, your information will be registered and kept, unless you cancel the registration, at Korea Network for Organ Sharing (KONOS). You will receive the registration card and, if you wish, the organ donation registration mark will be added to your driving license when you renew it the next time.
How to register organ donation

- Visit
You can find the “Organ Donor Registration Form” in the Organ Transplant Center office (1st floor, Cancer, Organ Transplant Center), and fill out the application by visiting the center.

- Online
You can register as an organ donor online. Go to KONOS website (www.konos.go.kr) and follow the procedure.
For online registration, you will need digital accredited certificate or mobile authentication under your own name.

- By mail or fax
You can call DCMC Organ Transplant Center (053-650-3004) or KONOS (02-2628-3602) and tell us your address so that we can send you the registration form.
Alternatively, you can visit KONOS website (www.konos.go.kr) and download “Organ Donor Registration From,” print and fill it out before sending the form via fax to DCMC Organ Transplant Center (053-650-4950) or KONOS (02-2628-3629).
※ You can always cancel registration.
※ Even if you have signed an agreement to donate your organ, according to current regulations, your guardian must give consent. Therefore, it is important for you to inform your guardian of your registration as an organ donor.
